This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioners except due process of law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that FIR has been registered in Crime No.3 of 2015. Since the FIR is pending against the petitioners, the petition not to harass is not maintainable, since the same would amount to interfering with the investigation.
