Aggrieved over the order of status quo granted on 03.09.2009 and the pendency of the application for interim injunction even without disposal, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present Civil Revision Petition.

2. On perusal of the adjudications, it is seen that though the suit was filed as early as 2009, the same has not been disposed of so far and it is still pending at the stage of trial.
3. Considering the long pendency of the suit and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the Subordinate Court, Tindivanam, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.87 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four (4) months from the date of resumption of physical hearing of the Court.
With the above lines, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
