This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the case based on the complaint dated 28.04.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that this petitioner has sent the complaint by post. Hence, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the 1st respondent Police along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 28.04.2015.
