PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to call for the records and set aside the docket order dated 01.04.2019 passed in S.C.No.77 of 2018 on the file of Hon'ble District Judge, District Court II, Kancheepuram (now pending on the file of Mahila Court, Chengalpattu). O R D E R

This petition has been filed challenging the order of the District Judge, District Court II, Kancheepuram, transferring the case to the file of the Mahila Court, Chengalpattu.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the challenge is made on the ground that this Court had directed the District and Sessions Court, Kancheepuram, to complete the trial within a period of six months and therefore, the case ought not to have been transferred to the Mahila Court, Chengalpattu.

3. This Court is not able to agree with the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The transfer of cases are done keeping in mind the administrative exigencies and this Court cannot interfere with the same. It goes without saying that the time limit fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30654 of 2018 will equally bind the Transferee Court also. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, accordingly. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous petition is closed.
