The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of the Women Harassment act R/W 3(1)(R), 3(1)(s) and 3 (ii)(V-A) of S.C. And S.T. (POA) Amendment ordinance 2014, seeks a direction to the learned Special Judge cum District Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on his surrender in Cr.No.188 of 2014 in P.R.C.No.13 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Special Judge cum District Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, there shall be a direction to the learned Special Judge cum District Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner on his surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.

4. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
