The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting bail to the petitioner on 13.04.2023, had directed him to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- with two sureties out of which, one surety should be a blood related surety. He would submit that the parents of the petitioner died and there is no siblings to the petitioner. Thereby, the petitioner is unable to comply with the said condition and he is unable to come out on bail despite, being granted bail on 13.04.2023. Hence, he would pray for modification.
2. In such view of the matter, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Perambalur. The other conditions shall remain intact.
