On non consideration of the representation dated 30.10.2014 by the respondent no.1, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the respondent no.2.
