Based upon the prolonged possession, the petitioner along with others made a request for issuance of patta. The Revenue Inspector filed a report in U.Mu.No.34/2015 dated 21.01.2015 and made a recommendation to the respondent no.3 for issuance of patta. As no further steps are forthcoming, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 29.10.2014 as well as the report of the Revennue Inspector dated 21.01.2015 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
