Mr.P.Senthilvel, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

27.06.2017 wherein and whereby she sought for grant of patta. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been disposed of so far.

4. Needless to say that the 3rd respondent is to consider the said request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law without loss of further time. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner only with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the 3rd respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
