The present Application has been filed to condone the delay of 519 days to receive the documents mentioned above on the side of the applicant/9th defendant herein in the above civil suit in C.S.No.67 of 2022.

2. Mr.K.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted he would have no objection to receive the said document, however, subject to admissibility, proof and relevance.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 has no objection to receive the said document, however, subject to admissibility, proof and relevance, the application in A.No.2012 of 2025 in C.S.No.67 of 2022 is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
