2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory and hence this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to produce the certified copy of FIR in Crime No.628 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police.
