ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is the father of the detenue, to direct the second respondent to produce the body of the petitioner's daughter, the detenue -Kowsalya Devi, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that both the detenue and the third respondent have been secured and a case has been registered against the third respondent based upon the statement given by the detenue. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
