This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1252 days in representing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the same is ordered as prayed for.

4. The petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Three Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
