This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed respondents 8 to 11 herein as legal representatives of deceased 4th respondent.

2. Mr. R.Parthasarathy, learned counsel for petitioner/appellant submitted that pending appeal, the died on 09.12.2020. Hence, he has filed the above petition.

3. Mr.K.S.Sundar, learned counsel for proposed respondents 8 to 11 appeared and undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of proposed parties.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 4th respondent are impleaded as respondents 8 to 11 in the above Second Appeal.

5. The Registry is print the name of M/s.K.S.Sundar and B.Suresh, learned counsel for proposed respondents 8 to 11 in the cause list and also directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 24.08.2022.
