ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition stating that the Central Administrative Tribunal is on summer vacation. 2.
Mr.Syed Mustaffa, learned Government Pleader, Pondicherry, submits that the matter has to be listed before the Division Bench and not before the Single Judge. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents from disturbing the service of the petitioners from their respective schools pending disposal of the O.A.Nos. 329, 332, 333 and 338 of 2016 pending before the Central Administrative Tribunal and contrary to the transfer policy in G.O.Ms.No.34, dated 29.09.2014.
4. The learned Government Pleader, Pondicherry, would submit that it is only an apprehension of the petitioners and at present they have no intention to transfer the petitioners and the petitioners are at liberty to pursue their remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
5. Since the Central Administrative Tribunal is on summer vacation, the respondents are directed not to precipitate the issue and further they can wait till 04.06.2018. 6.
Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader, Pondicherry, the writ petition stands closed as not maintainable. The petitioners are at liberty to pursue their remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
