This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the petitioner's appeal, dated 17.11.2025 by the third respondent.

2. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 17.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law by adhering to the principles of natural justice within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal, dated 17.11.2025.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 17.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
