Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.603 OF 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed against the Petitioner in the judgment dated 22/12/2017 made in S.C.No.220/2015 on the file of III Additional District and Sessions Court, Tirupur at Dharapuram and release him on Bail, pending disposal of the above CRL.A.NO.603 OF 2018.
