Heard Ms.Mahisha Kirthika, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The order under challenge is the suspension order passed by the second respondent for his involvement in Crime No.446/2011, which is now pending before the Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Villupuram in the proceedings in PRC No.29/2012. Pending the writ petition, the petitioner was allowed to retire on 31.03.2016.

3. In view of the subsequent decision of the respondent permitting the petitioner to retire, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram to expedite https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the PRC proceedings vide No.29/2012 and pass final orders as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
