This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.05.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submits that the copy of the petitioner's complaint is not available with the respondent police.

4.Hence, the petitioner is directed to give a copy of the complaint dated 11.05.2014 to the respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry within a period of four weeks thereafter and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, F.I.R. shall be registered, following the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in LALITA KUMARI vs. GOVERNMENT OF UTTARPRADESH AND OTHERS reported in [(2014) 2 SCC 1].
