This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24472 of 2022 on 18.10.2022.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court Crl.O.P.No.24472 of 2022 on 18.10.2022 regularly. Accordingly, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3.Learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24472 of 2022 on 18.10.2022 is relaxed. However, the petitioner will make himself available before the respondent police as and when required.
