Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed in the Judgment dated 14.03.2017 passed in S.C.No.78/2011 on the file of Sessions Judge, Namakkal and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above criminal appeal 247/2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made in this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
