Mr.M.P.Sivagnanam, learned Advocate Commissioner submitted that he has received the remuneration paid by the applicant, and also initiated the process, however, seeks for an extension of time to execute the warrant.

2. In view of the above request made by the learned Advocate Commissioner, time to execute the warrant is extended till 14.08.2023 Post this case on 14.08.2023.
