O R D E R

Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri to dispose the suit in O.S.No.135 of 2004 forthwith or within time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.Learned counsel for the revision petitioner/first defendant submitted that the first respondent as a plaintiff filed a suit for partition and separate possession of 1/3rd share in the suit property. The first defendant has filed a written statement. He further submitted that issues were framed and the suit has been pending for the past 12 years. But the plaintiff/first respondent has filed applications repeatedly. Therefore, he prayed for early disposal of the suit.

3.Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for

the revision petitioner and on perusal of the typed set of papers, it is a fit case to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the applications and the suit as early as possible. Accordingly, the Presiding Officer, Sub-Court, Dharmapuri, is directed to dispose of the applications in I.A.No.102 of 2007, I.A.No.219 of 2009 and I.A.No.933 of 2014 within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.135 of 2004 within a period of six months from the date of disposal of the above said applications, after giving fair opportunity to both the parties. 5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
