This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 08.02.2023 in para No.7(iii) in Crl.MP.No.133 of in Crl.A.No.133 of 2023 directing the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court after the interim suspension period of 3 months.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the time is extended to the petitioner till 29.05.2023 to surrender before the trial Court.
