O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the accused Nos.1 to 3 to transfer the case in S.C.No.19 of 2012 from the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri to any of the competent Sessions Court outside the Krishnagiri District either at Coimbatore or Erode.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that she has already handed over the bundle to the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that during pendency of the above Criminal Original Petition, the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri at Hosur has disposed of the case in S.C.No.19 of 2012 on 13.03.2017 and acquitted all the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accused (petitioners herein). He also produced a copy of the judgment passed in S.C.No.19 of 2012 on the file of the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri at Hosur. A perusal of copy of the said jugement shows that the petitioners herein were acquitted on 13.03.2017 itself. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.

4. In the result, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
