Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd Respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in Na.Ka.No.12126/AA1/2015, dated 14.03.2016 and Na.Ka.No.12126/AA1/2015, dated 05.08.2016 of the 4th Respondent and quash the same and direct the Respondents to consider the claim of the Petitioner for promotion as Leading Fireman or Driver Fireman in pursuance of completion of his relinquishment from 14.02.2011 and promote him as Leading Fireman or Driver Fireman within a reasonable time.
