This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the condition No.2 of remitting non-refundable deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- to the Tahsildar, Chengalpattu by way of demand draft payable to the credit of the District Mines and Minerals Foundation Trust, by modifying as security of documents to the value of Rs.1,00,000/- and condition No.4 of surrendering the original R.C.Book of the vehicle Tata Tipper Lorry bearing registration No.TN-21-AX-2367 before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chengalpattu, by modifying to surrender the Xerox copy of the RC Book of the said vehicle as imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 21.09.2021 in 2/5

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this court is not inclined to set aside the conditions imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge of Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu.
