This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.7476 of 2023 on 05.04.2023 to stay at Dharmapuri and report before the Inspector of Police, Dharmapuri Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
