5. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 323 days is condoned.

Accordingly, C.M.P.No.16553 of 2022 is ordered.
7. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
8. Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
