This criminal original petition is filed to to call for the entire records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.19 of 2026 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police and quash the same.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed, the charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in Spl.S.C. No. 98 of 2026 on the file of Special Court (SC/ST) Cuddalore. 3.
