2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would contend that C.C.No.20 of 2012 was split up in C.C.No.60/2013 and the present petitioners were acquitted vide orders passed by the Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dated 18.11.2015 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. He also adduced a copy of the Judgement passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore in C.C.No.60/2013.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
