4 SANKAR Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of interim injunction, restraining the respondents 1 to 3 and their subordinates from allowing the 4th Respondent to prevent the Petitioner to use right of entry into her house site through the Natham land in S.No.107/133, situated at Painginar Revenue Village, Cheyyar Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, (IN WMP.No.16343 of 2020) pending disposal of this writ petition (WP.No.13222 of 2020).
