dated 08.07.2021 based on the order passed by this Court in WP (MD) No.12783 of 2017 dated 19.12.2018 in W.A.(MD) No.9 of 2020 on 25.03.2021 and all other benefits based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 15.03.2023.

Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to approve the petitioner's promotion as Typist in the 3rd respondent college in the promotion vacancy of Mrs.D.Susaritha with effect from 02.03.2023 in the light of approval given by the 1st respondent to the similarly placed person Mr.K.Angamuthu vide his proceedings Na.Ka.No.4396/G4/2018 dated 08.07.2021 based on the order passed by this Court in WP (MD) No.12783 of 2017 dated 19.12.2018 in W.A.(MD) No.9 of 2020 on 25.03.2021 and all other benefits based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 15.03.2023.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that appropriate orders will be passed by the second respondent on the representation dated 15.03.2023 of the petitioner on Page No.2 of 4
merits.
3. Recording the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 15.03.2023 of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, taking into consideration the order dated 25.03.2021 passed by the Madurai Bench of this Court in W.A. (MD) Nos.114 and 9 of 2020. No Costs.
