This petition has been filed to bring on record the respondent Nos.3 to 9 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent viz., Velusamy Gounder and rank them as the respondent Nos.3 to 9 in S.A.No.485 of 2012.

2.The factum of the death of the first respondent and the proposed respondent Nos.3 to 9 are the legal representatives of the deceased, are not in dispute.
