This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner except due process of law.

2. The case of the petitioner is that one Saravanan, Proprietorship of M/s. Arena Animation has given a complaint as against the petitioner. Based on the said complaint, the respondent police is frequently calling the petitioner and harassing him.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that it is incorrect to state that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner. Since a complaint was lodged against the petitioner, only for the purpose of enquiry, the respondent police is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

calling the petitioner. He further submitted that absolutely, there is no intention on the part of the respondent police to harass the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the opinion that there is no need to pass any specific direction to the respondent police.
