This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of a mandamus directing the first respondent to register the sale deed, which is kept pending in Document No.P206 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sale deed is kept pending based on the suit that has been filed by the second respondent.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to register the sale deed dated 11.07.2022, if it is otherwise in order. If the first respondent is not 2/4

inclined to register the sale deed, a refusal check slip can be issued by assigning proper reasons. This process shall be completed within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
