C.R.P.(PD) Nos.1284 and 1285 of 2016 C.R.P.(PD) Nos.1284 and 1285 of 2016 V.BHARATHIDASAN.J., This court, by order dated 20.02.2018 disposed of the above said revision petitions with a direction to the court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.81 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 30.08.2018.

2. At the request of the learned Principal Sub Judge, Puducherry, by way of letter dated 23.09.2019 seeking extension of time to dispose of the suit, these revision petitions are listed again before this court for appropriate orders.

3. I have gone through the said letter and also heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. This court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further six months time is granted to dispose of the suit.
