herein to re-classify the lands from 'Tharisu' and issue separate Patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the lands admeasuring about 45 cents comprised Survey No.113/B, situated at Moongilthuraipattu Village, vanapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03/03/2025 within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents 3 to 5 herein to re-classify the lands from 'Tharisu' and to issue separate Patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the lands admeasuring about 45 cents comprised Survey No.113/B, situated at Moongilthuraipattu Village, vanapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03/03/2025 within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03/03/2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
