It is pointed out by the learned counsel that, in Para No.4 of the order, dated 30.01.2015, passed in W.P.No.28114 of 2014, typographical error has occurred, and the word "not" has been missing. 3.

Accordingly, the para No.4 of the order, dated 30.01.2015, made in the abovesaid Writ, shall read as follows:- " The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, in the course of arguments, produced the Village Map to show that Survey No.572, is not a water body".
