Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to issue Patta after Surveying his property being the vacant land comprised in Punjai Old S.No.68/2B, (as per patta S.No.2B3A1) measuring an extent of 10 Cents, situated at Panaiyur Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, by considering his representation dated 06.02.2017.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2017, the respondent has not been issued patta so far.

4. Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

parties.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
