This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case on the complaint dated 22.07.2016, to investigate the same and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that on the complaint dated 17.04.2016 lodged by this petitioner earlier, enquiry is pending in CSR.No.79 of 2016, before the respondent. Now, the petitioner has sent a second complaint dated 22.07.2016 by post.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not cooperating with the enquiry.

5. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry and the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR.No.79 of 2016 by calling both the parties and take action in accordance with law, either register https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

an FIR or close the case, under due intimation to the petitioner.
