ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.02.2013 and refer him to the Medical Board at Chennai and to consider him under Section 47 of Persons with Disbailities Act to provide alternative Job.

In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going to the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on the appeal petition dated 25.02.2013 made by the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
