Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records which culminated in passing the order bearing Reference Na.Ka.No.AAa1/24607/ 2014 dated 3.3.2017 of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to consider the petitioner for the appointment to the Post of Forester on compassionate grounds considering the Degree Qualification possessed by the petitioner as per the Government Letter Ms.No.86/Q.1/ 2010-12 Labour and Employment Department dated 4.5.2010.
