ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition forbearing the respondents and their subordinates from interfering with her peaceful possession and enjoyment of the patta lands comprised in S.No.206/2A and 206/2B measuring to an extent of 1.32 hectares (3.26 acres) situated at Asamandhur Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, who has been claiming right over the disputed property, submitted a representation dated 18.09.2018 seeking the relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.Mr.J.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the respondents are yet to receive the representation and if such representation is made by the petitioner, the same would be considered by the respondents, after granting sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and the other interested parties in accordance with law.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the petitioner to enclose a copy of the representation dated 18.09.2018 along with the copy of this order and submit the same to the respondents within two weeks. On such receipt, the respondents shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks thereafter. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
