This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the charge sheet, to file final report on the petitioner's FIR dated 04.07.2014 and complaint dated 27.09.2013 and to direct the Magistrate Court to dispose of the case in CMP.No.2557 of 2014 within one month, which is pending on its file for the past three years.

2. Heard the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, investigation in Crime No.678 of 2014 has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur on 10.02.2015 for offences under Section 294[b], 323, 420 and 506[ii] IPC.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
