Seeking issuance of patta for the land in Survey No.9, Kozhipattu Village, Villupuram Taluk, Villupuram District, to an extent of 3 acres 13 cents, the petitioner made a representation on 17.12.2014 to the respondents. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent nos.2 & 3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 17.12.2014 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
