This petition has been filed seeking permission to effect substituted service on the 2nd respondent in any one of the daily newpapers.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this petition is allowed.

The petitioners are permitted to serve the 2nd respondent by paper publication. The paper publication shall be published on or before 23.06.2026, for the hearing on 07.07.2026.

The paper publication shall be effected in any one of the Tamil dailies, having wide circulation in Chennai District.
