This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.852/2015 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police (Crime), V1 Villivakkam Police Station, 3rd respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

herein, to the file of the Inspector of Police, Economic Offences Wing or Central Crime Branch, Chennai, and direct to investigate the case and file the final report in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the 3rd respondent police would transfer the case in Crime No.852/2015 to the Central Crime Branch very shortly.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the opinion that there is no need to traverse into the other averments made in the petition.
