2.Taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 13.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioners as well as to the respondent nos.4 to 6.
