ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to deal with the petitioners'
representation dated 24.02.2025 wherein the petitioners are seeking inclusion of their names as joint patta holders in patta nos. 487,649,7,43,1434,1711,650,1601 and 1609 pertaining to the subject property.
Heard Mr. N. Palanikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M.R. Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the petitioners' representation dated 24.02.2025 and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the petitioners seek to add their names as joint patta holders, the other existing patta holders shall be put on notice before a final decision is taken. 4.
With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
